We founded Drake Land Acquisitions as a way to help landowners sell their unwanted vacant, bare, and/or raw land. Our passion for helping those with land they no longer want or need led to the creation of Drake Land Acquisitions.

Our mission is to help put vacant land into peoples’ hands who are able to use them for their best and highest use. How We Started

Our team is based out of Central Texas. We started this company to help homeowners in Texas initially, but have expanded beyond our backyard to provide our services nationwide.

We strive to deliver results for our clients in a simplified and streamlined way. We don’t win until you do!

Many of the lots we buy are in rural, or undeveloped areas, making them hard to sell through traditional methods. However, we are interested in all types of land; rural, suburban and even commercial… we will make an offer on almost any lot, helping you to get the cash you need for other investments.

Drake Land Acquisitions is based in Austin, however, we are currently buying properties throughout Florida and other areas, too.
